We are looking for artisans, restaurateurs and traders who embody the K&K theme with passion and quality.

The K&K Christmas Market comprises a maximum of 35 huts in five categories. They are positioned on the paved areas along the historical axes in front of the Belvedere. All huts share a uniform K&K-style design.

Exhibitor Requirements


The K&K Christmas Market sees itself as a culturally distinguished market with high standards. We are looking for exhibitors who share this aspiration and contribute to the unique atmosphere with their offering.

Product Range & Concept
  • Thematic alignment with the K&K motto
  • Preferably self-designed & handcrafted products
  • Classic Christmas market articles, traditions & handicrafts
  • Connection to the music, culture & history of the Habsburg era
  • High-quality, authentic goods
Design & Presentation
  • Hut design in the uniform K&K style
  • Thematically fitting costumes for stand staff are encouraged
  • Prices clearly displayed in gross euros
  • Labelling of ingredients & contents
  • Viennese hospitality & friendly service
Operations & Responsibility
  • All legal requirements to be fulfilled by the exhibitor
  • Personal responsibility for stand & contents
  • Compliance with the market’s opening hours
  • Used-oil disposal to be organised independently (gastronomy)
  • Wastewater disposal in accordance with official regulations
Infrastructure & Services
  • Electricity via Wien Energie — billed by consumption
  • Water connection for gastronomy — one-off connection fee
  • Central K&K mug washing facility in the infrastructure area
  • Central event office as your point of contact
  • Round-the-clock security across the entire grounds
For Restaurateurs

Gastronomy Requirements


As part of the application, every restaurateur must submit a thematically fitting food and beverage concept. This is reviewed by the organiser and must be approved before participation.

Particular emphasis is placed on organic, high-quality and regional products from Vienna and the surrounding region. Traditional Austrian specialities may be reinterpreted with a historical twist.

K&K mug requirement: All beverages are served exclusively in the uniform K&K Christmas market mug. Deposit € 5. Mugs are issued by the organiser against the deposit fee. Single-use bottles are not permitted where reusable containers are available.

  • At least one non-alcoholic drink priced below the cheapest alcoholic drink
  • Strict compliance with youth protection regulations
  • Prices incl. taxes, excl. deposit, to be displayed clearly
  • Thematically fitting names for food & beverages

Minimum and maximum prices are coordinated with all exhibitors.

Step by Step to Participation


Step 1
Create your concept

Develop the concept for your stand: product range or food/beverage menu, pricing policy and a brief introduction of your business.

Step 2
Submit your application

Send your documents by e-mail to KKWeihnachtsmarkt@dieeventcompany.at. Please note the application deadline.

Step 3
Review & Feedback

The organiser reviews the concept and provides prompt feedback on its suitability for the market.

Step 4
Sign the contract

Upon acceptance, the contract is sent by e-mail. Only the signed contract constitutes a binding registration.
