The K&K Christmas Market takes its visitors on a journey into the glamorous Christmas season of Austria’s imperial and royal era. The location in front of Belvedere Palace provides the perfect historical backdrop for this unique experience.
Everything — decoration, music, theatre, huts, food, drinks and traditions — is inspired by the K&K era. A consistent design concept runs through the entire grounds.

The market takes place from 20 November to 31 December 2026.
Use of the market is limited to the area in front of the Upper Belvedere in order to protect the historic gardens.

The exhibitors’ various products and culinary offerings embrace the K&K theme — classic Christmas market articles, traditional craft products, artisan handiwork and culinary delicacies from that era.
We place particular emphasis on organic, high-quality and regional products from Vienna and the surrounding region.
Cultural performances take place several times a week — street theatre, readings, music and theatrical productions that bring the market’s historical ambience to life.
In addition, the Christmas market is musically accompanied by classical and modern Christmas music.
